BioSaturday, February 11, 2006: Hi there! Welcome to my baby journal! :-) Although I'm less than eighty days away (approximately!) from meeting my little angel, I decided that I want to really start journaling the last part of this amazing journey. In September 2005, I found out I was expecting, and an ultrasound on December 16, 2005 proved my gut instinct was right on: we're having a BOY! Our sweet little one is due on April 30, 2006, but I have the feeling he's going to show up in May...
Well, it turns out my feeling was right on. On Monday, May 1, 2006, Bear was born at 4:10 PM via C-section. He weighed in at a respectable 9 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 22 inches in length.
He is my whole world. My husband and I are SO blessed. I can't imagine anything more rewarding than being his mom. I've never known a love like this.
Anyway, thisis was my account of my pregnancy and all things baby related...all baby all the time, and now...it's all about my experience as a mother.
